This policy governs Home Pulse research, area comparisons and data-led articles across English, Russian and Arabic pages.
Source hierarchy
Registered Dubai Land Department transactions, Ejari contracts and project records supplied through Data Dubai are the primary quantitative sources. Home Pulse distinguishes registered evidence from modeled estimates, advertised asking prices and editorial interpretation.
A publication that cannot preserve its source date, metric definition and comparison window is not ready to publish.
Review before publication
Every data-led article must pass numerical consistency, source freshness, sample-size, metadata, structured-data and internal-link checks. Surprising results are framed as observations and include an alternative explanation or limitation.
AI tools may assist with drafting, translation and quality checks. They do not replace the committed source snapshot or the publication gates, and they must not invent facts, quotes, people or credentials.
Localization and corrections
English, Russian and Arabic versions use the same underlying numbers and canonical data date. Automated checks verify structural and numerical consistency; Arabic wording still benefits from independent native-language review as the editorial programme grows.
