Home Pulse is an independent property-intelligence product currently operated by Nikita Lyzhin in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record and legal seller for paid-report transactions. Privacy requests concerning Home Pulse can be sent to privacy@homepulse.ae; Dodo's own privacy notice applies to information it processes for checkout, tax, fraud, disputes and invoicing.
02 · INFORMATION
What we process
We also process technical logs needed for security and reliability. With your analytics consent, we measure privacy-safe product events and store a random first-party visitor identifier in your browser so repeat visits are not counted as different people. The identifier is pseudonymous and is stored server-side only as a keyed hash. Home Pulse analytics code blocks email addresses, phone numbers, listing URLs and free-form property text from analytics payloads.
03 · PURPOSES
Why we use it
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide analyses, preserve and recover reports, process orders, deliver essential emails, prevent abuse, support customers, improve product reliability and meet legal obligations. Marketing email is optional and recorded separately from essential account communications.
04 · PROCESSORS
Who helps operate Home Pulse
Home Pulse uses service providers for hosting and functions (Vercel), database storage (Neon), transactional email (Resend) and consent-based product analytics (Google Analytics). Dodo Payments processes checkout, tax, fraud, disputes and invoicing as merchant of record and legal seller under its own customer terms and privacy notice. Other providers process information for the relevant operational purpose under their security and privacy commitments.
05 · RETENTION AND SECURITY
Limited to what is needed
Account and report data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period needed for recovery, support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. Product-analytics events and pseudonymous visitor identifiers are retained only for the period needed to measure and improve the service, then removed under our retention process. Expired authentication tokens and rate-limit records are short-lived. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Access is restricted, sessions can be revoked and sensitive credentials remain server-side.
06 · YOUR CHOICES
Access, correction and deletion
You can update your name, email, password and marketing preference in Profile settings. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy where applicable by contacting privacy@homepulse.ae. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited records where legally required.
