About this service
Home Pulse is currently operated by Nikita Lyzhin in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record and legal seller for paid digital reports: it processes the transaction, applicable indirect taxes, payment disputes and the customer invoice. Home Pulse supplies and delivers the report. Questions can be sent through Customer support or by email to support@homepulse.ae.
02 · ACCOUNT
Your workspace
You must provide accurate information, verify your email and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer or misuse the service, bypass access limits, redistribute paid reports commercially or use Home Pulse for unlawful purposes.
03 · PRODUCT
Decision support, not regulated advice
Home Pulse combines registered market evidence with documented analytical methods and, where labelled, modeled assumptions. It is not a regulated valuation, investment recommendation, legal opinion, physical inspection, title review or guarantee of price, rent, yield, liquidity, project completion or future performance.
Property condition, floor, view, fit-out, service charges, contractual concessions and data latency may materially affect a decision. You should independently verify important information and obtain qualified professional advice where appropriate.
04 · DATA
Sources and limitations
The analytical layer uses Dubai Land Department transaction, Ejari rent-contract and project datasets supplied through Data Dubai. Home Pulse is independent and is not affiliated with Dubai Land Department or Data Dubai. Source identifiers are retained where available, but access to or presentation by an external source may change.

05 · PAID REPORTS
Orders, delivery and recovery
The price and currency are shown before checkout. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for the transaction and its checkout terms, privacy notice and invoice also apply. A paid entitlement belongs to the Home Pulse account that placed the order. After payment confirmation, the report snapshot is stored in that account and can be downloaded again from Reports. Repeated clicks and duplicate provider events do not intentionally create another Home Pulse entitlement.
If payment succeeds but report delivery is delayed, the order remains recoverable while processing continues. Contact support with the Home Pulse order identifier if access does not appear. Home Pulse does not provide a customer-facing refund button or automatic refund flow. Refund requests are reviewed through email or WhatsApp support as described in the Refund Policy.
06 · RESPONSIBILITY
Reasonable limits
Home Pulse will use reasonable care to provide the service and preserve paid access, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free third-party data. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
07 · CHANGES
Updates and law
We may update the product and these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, where appropriate, communicated to account holders. These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
