02 · ACCOUNT
Your workspace
You must provide accurate information, verify your email and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer or misuse the service, bypass access limits, redistribute paid reports commercially or use Home Pulse for unlawful purposes.
03 · PRODUCT
Decision support, not regulated advice
Home Pulse combines registered market evidence with documented analytical methods and, where labelled, modeled assumptions. It is not a regulated valuation, investment recommendation, legal opinion, physical inspection, title review or guarantee of price, rent, yield, liquidity, project completion or future performance.
Property condition, floor, view, fit-out, service charges, contractual concessions and data latency may materially affect a decision. You should independently verify important information and obtain qualified professional advice where appropriate.
04 · DATA
Sources and limitations
The analytical layer uses Dubai Land Department transaction, Ejari rent-contract and project datasets supplied through Data Dubai. Home Pulse is independent and is not affiliated with Dubai Land Department or Data Dubai. Source identifiers are retained where available, but access to or presentation by an external source may change.
Our selection and confidence approach is described in the Data Methodology, which forms part of these terms.
05 · PAID REPORTS
Orders, delivery and recovery
The price and currency are shown before checkout. Payment is processed by Dodo Payments. A paid entitlement belongs to the account that placed the order. After payment confirmation, the report is stored in that account and can be downloaded again from Reports. A duplicate provider event does not consume another entitlement or create a second charge in Home Pulse.
If payment succeeds but report generation is delayed, the order remains recoverable while processing continues. Contact support with the Home Pulse order identifier if access does not appear. Refund handling is described in the Refund Policy.
06 · RESPONSIBILITY
Reasonable limits
Home Pulse will use reasonable care to provide the service and preserve paid access, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free third-party data. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
07 · CHANGES
Updates and law
We may update the product and these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, where appropriate, communicated to account holders. These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
