ABOUT HOME PULSE
Property decisions deserve evidence, not pressure.
Home Pulse is an independent Dubai property intelligence product built for buyers, owners, tenants and investors who want to verify a property claim before acting.
Why Home Pulse exists
Dubai property decisions often begin with listing prices, projected returns and sales narratives. Home Pulse starts from a different question: what do registered transactions, Ejari contracts and project records actually support?
The product turns those fragmented records into fair-value ranges, rent context, indicative yield, liquidity and future-supply signals while keeping the evidence date and limitations visible.
Independent by design
Home Pulse does not list property, represent a buyer or seller, or earn brokerage commission from a transaction. Its role is decision support: showing where market evidence supports a claim and where further due diligence is still required.
Home Pulse is not affiliated with Dubai Land Department or Data Dubai and is not a regulated valuation, legal opinion or financial recommendation.
Who produces the research
Home Pulse Research maintains the public methodology, market studies and data-driven articles. Every quantitative publication must keep a dated source snapshot, explain its comparison window and state the limitations that could change the interpretation.
